Make an appointment

To make an in-person or Zoom appointment, please contact reception:

Once you have booked an appointment, please read the following Consent to Counsel Form prior to your appointment. Appointments are 50 minutes long; if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time may be given away. If you know you will be unable to make your appointment, please phone reception directly to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your time slot to another student. If you are in crisis or have an urgent concern, same-day appointments are available most afternoons.

Please note, counselling matters will not be discussed over email. Also note, there are limitations to the services Douglas counsellors can provide to students currently residing outside of BC. Please visit the resources page to find Canada-wide services.
