Prenatal Classes In Person

In-person classes provide the opportunity to meet and create community with other pregnant people with similar due dates. Classes include many activities and opportunities for hands-on practice of comfort techniques and strategies for labour.

Some of our classes offer bonus access to our online content. With this access, if you have to miss a class for any reason, you can join a live class or view the prerecorded sessions. Participants will also have continued access to our resources online for one additional semester in case you have questions after your baby is born.
