As the ENRICH Project Coordinator, Natalie leads the team in identifying service gaps and developing opportunities in rural and remote communities across British Columbia and the Yukon. Her focus is on ensuring that both newcomers and residents have access to meaningful, accurate, and up-to-date settlement information. Natalie coordinates the project’s research processes, participates in interviews, observes community perspectives firsthand and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders. Natalie has 10 years of experience and is a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP). She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, a certificate from the Sorbonne in French language, and certification in human ethics.
Angela brings a strong foundation in research and extensive experience in community programming to her role with the ENRICH Program. Angela excels at building meaningful partnerships with local organizations, ensuring that initiatives move forward with clarity, structure, and measurable impact.
Her professional background includes working closely with newcomers and immigrants of all ages, where she has developed a reputation for practical, organized approaches to inclusive engagement. As an immigrant herself, Angela offers a unique perspective that combines lived experience with professional expertise. She leads with empathy, cultural awareness, and a commitment to creating pathways that empower newcomers to thrive in their communities.
Silvia has built a decades-long career in education in both the public and private sectors. Her career focus is to advance accessibility and inclusion for all, with a particular interest in cognitive health. As a former senior administrator at a cognitive learning academy, Silvia has extensive experience and education in universal and instructional design principles, cultural sensitivity, and human ethics. Her current focus with the ENRICH project is to support respectful, community-led integration for newcomers across rural and remote communities in BC and the Yukon.
