Digital signage (Telemetry) request form

Do you have something you want to display on the digital screens? Submit your request here. If it meets the criteria below, we’ll add it to the Telemetry schedule. 

Digital signage submission criteria

1. Information must be submitted with at least three weeks' notice.
2. Content shown on the digital screens must be suitable for all audiences.
3. All video content must adhere to Canada’s Copyright Act. This means that no money can be charged for viewing, and the video must be freely and publicly available online or through the Library.

Telemetry training is provided by IT Services and can be requested using the Telemetry training form.
