All catering requests must be submitted to Facilities Services - see Catering Contacts below. 

Chartwells Catering Menu 2019-20 Fresh Fork

Please provide the following information when ordering catering:

  • number of people
  • budget number/cost code
  • date
  • room number (must be booked with event code)
  • time to have food in the room
  • time for clearing dishes / food from the room
  • purpose
  • catering needs

Menus

Your Banquet Coordinator would welcome the opportunity to advise on menu selection or to create your own special menu. All catering requests must be made in writing to the appropriate Campus (See Catering Contacts listed below).  Note: Prices are subject to change.

Food Items

No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought in or to leave the premises by the convener or guests.

Beverage Service

No alcoholic beverages other than those provided by Chartwells may be consumed on the premises, or at a function catered by Chartwells.

Liabilities

Douglas College and Chartwells will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the building before or after the function.
