Thank you for your patience as we work to schedule additional fitness classes at the New West campus for the summer semester. Stay tuned to this page for updates.

Meet with some friends on campus and work out with one of our fabulous instructors. We offer classes throughout the week that centre your mind and get you focused, build up your core strength, or get your cardio and heart rate upCheck out the schedule below:

Fitness Class Descriptions

Pilates Flow will help ease chronic muscle pain or tension, increase energy, and bring balance and momentum to your body. The functional strength elements help to improve posture through strengthening the core dn back while keeping your body aligned.

Needing that extra boost to get through the mid-week stretch? Strength and stabilize the mind and body with a Power Yoga class that will help you tone, sculpt, and recharge to tackle the rest of your week with confidence.

Strength HIIT is a challenging circuit of different resistance exercises meant to help you improve your strength while gaining core stability, balance & coordination. All fitness levels are welcome to join & learn different ways to use equipment in the movement studio. Circuit training is a station oriented workout. 

Learn and grow together in this All-Levels Yoga class. Movements are adapted to enhance the experience of the yoga practice for each student from beginner to advanced. This class is focused on breath and body awareness, building strength, balance and self-care. Amanda's peaceful and playful presence will allow you to be guided into relaxation, to release any stress and refresh.

Do you want to be stronger? Tap into your inner mental strength to accept that growth comes with effort and time. Learn how to strengthen your arms, shoulders and core. Then work on increasing your hip flexibility and strengthen your hamstrings, quads and glutes. With patience you'll stay a little longer in each pose to observe the sensations you feel in each posture.
