Thank you for your patience as we adapt to protocols for Covid-19 response from Provincial health authorities and Douglas College. We have moved to online service only for all meetings and group sessions. Please check your email regularly for further or updated information. BUILD + SHARE a team project from start to finish.  Gain artistic and technical skills while learning English at the same time!  Exciting FREE program for immigrant and refugee youth ages 18-29.

LINC Engage participants receive:

  • Complete LINC Level 4 in this exciting youth-focused program
  • Meet people and make friends while building your English language levels
  • Build skills for work and post-secondary
  • Classes take place at Douglas College in Surrey and New Westminster, near transit
  • 16 weeks of full-time classes from 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Get skills important for working life in Canada


Eligibility to participate:

  • For ages 18-29
  • Immigrant and Refugee Youth who live in the Lower Mainland
  • Must be in LINC 4


Drop-In Information Sessions (Tuesdays):

  • February 4, 11, 18 & 24, 2020 (12:00pm - 2:00pm)

  • March 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31, 2020 (12:00pm - 2:00pm)
