What do Career Centre Volunteers do?
Career Centre Volunteers provide peer‑to‑peer support at both the New Westminster and Coquitlam campuses, helping guide students to career services. They also assist with and participate in career‑related events, recruiting fairs, employer networking sessions, and volunteer‑exclusive social activities.
What’s in it for me?
Volunteering with the Career Centre is fun, social, and confidence‑building, while enhancing your organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Many volunteers enjoy the experience so much that they return for additional terms.
What is the time commitment?
- Volunteer for a minimum of 15 hours per semester.
- Complete all mandatory training and attend all scheduled meetings.
