Special exam accommodations

Special arrangements can be made through Accessibility Services to have assessment accommodations such as extended time, use of a computer for the test, an individualized quiet setting, Sign Language Interpreting services, etc. If you need these services, please contact Accessibility Services. Assessment tests for Douglas College students outside of the Lower Mainland 

If you are living outside the Vancouver Lower Mainland or outside of the country, good news, our Assessment tests are currently available remotely online (by appointment only). 

Exam proctors/invigilators for non-Douglas students

Our external exam services have been suspended for the Fall 2021 and Winter 2022 semesters and until further notice. Please contact your educational institution for alternative testing options at this time.

*Please note that effective September 1, 2020 the fee for proctoring/invigilation services will be a flat rate of $75 which will be payable by debit or credit card only, as we will no longer be accepting cash payment.

Typing assessments for non-Douglas students

Typing assessment have been suspended for the Winter 2022 semester and until further notice.

Typing assessments for employment purposes or for other institutions are available to non-students for a $15 fee and are available by calling Enrolment Services at 604-527-5478 or Assessment Services at 604-527-5759 or 604-527-5483 or emailing assessment@douglascollege.ca to set up an appointment. Please see our website for dates, times and locations.

Grade 12 Provincial Exams
