Mary Caros is an educator and community development professional with extensive experience supporting seniors and family caregivers. Mary has cared for her own parents and aging family members and is passionate about helping caregivers feel informed, confident, and supported as they navigate the complexities of aging and care. Through this course, she combines lived experience, current resources, and thoughtful discussion to help learners better understand both the challenges and possibilities of caring for older adults. |
| Note | Please note that this course does not meet the requirements for registration as a Health Care Assistant and Community Worker with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry and does not permit graduates to obtain a registry number with the BCCAHWR. |
