Cafeteria and catering

Your Banquet Coordinator would welcome the opportunity to advise on menu selection or to create your own special menu. All catering requests must be made in writing to the appropriate Campus Catering Contact. Note that prices are subject to change.

No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought in or to leave the premises by the convener or guests.

No alcoholic beverages other than those provided by Chartwells may be consumed on the premises, or at a function catered by Chartwells.

Douglas College and Chartwells will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the building before or after the function.

Be aware that we handle and prepare Peanuts, Egg, Wheat & Triticale, Mustard, Sesame, Milk, Tree Nuts, Soy, Sulphites, Fish, Crustaceans & Molluscs, Gluten and other potential allergens in the food production areas of our facility. Note: meals are prepared in close proximity to other ingredients that may result in cross-contact with allergens not specifically listed above.
