LINC stands for Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada. The LINC program is one of the immigrant settlement services provided through the National Settlement Program. It is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and is free to eligible participants. LINC provides basic and intermediate-level English training for newcomers to Canada.

LINC offers 3 program options:
LINC (1-6)
Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada: Level 1-6. Also learn about Canada, Canadian society, and your community.
Workplace LINC (5/6)
Workplace LINC 5/6 combines language instruction with classes on how to prepare for work in Canada.
LINC Co-Design (2/3)
Learn English + Computer Skills. Gain confidence using computers and apps for school and life.
