Note:
- Drop-in is for quick questions (typically 5-10 minute sessions)
- International Students with immigration or study/work permit questions should be reaching out to the Douglas International Department for advice
- Probation Students are strongly encouraged to book an appointment with their Student Success Advisor as there may not be enough time to evaluate your progression
- Join our Student Success Advising Waiting Room: as an Attendee
- Enter your preferred name and you will be added to the queue, in the order that you arrive, to speak with a Student Success Advisor
- Access to Zoom waiting rooms will be closed at 3:45 pm

- Select “Join Meeting As An Attendee”
- On the next page, cancel the prompt to download Zoom
- Use the “click here” hyperlink
- Cancel the download prompt again
- Click “join from your browser”.
- Enter your preferred name and you will be added to the queue, in the order that you arrived, to speak with a Student Success Advisor.
