Please allow at least 36 hours within business days between today and the day you wish to practice or borrow equipment (i.e. submit Monday night, at the latest, for practice or equipment borrow on Wednesday afternoon).
Please note that the Open Practice rooms will have limited availability to students on the following dates and times for Winter 2025:
February 26, 2026 between 1530-1730
March 4, 2026 between 1530-1730
March 11, 2026 between 1530-1730
March 17, 2026 between 1515-1715
April 8, 2026 between 1530-1730
April 14, 2026 between 1515-1715
If you submit a request that falls over one of the above dates and times and there is no room left, a staff member from the Centre will contact you if you need to select another date/time.
