Summer Semester changes to Counselling and Accessibility Services in Coquitlam

We understand that ongoing construction at the Coquitlam Campus has been disruptive to the services provided by Student Affairs and Services (SAS). We will be making these adjustments until August 6 to minimize disruptions and continue supporting you:

  • Student Services Front Desk: The Coquitlam front desk will be closed. Please contact the New Westminster front desk via email at stuserv@douglascollege.ca, by phone at (604) 527-5486, or in-person.
  • Accommodated Testing Services: Accommodated testing services will be centralized at the New Westminster campus for the summer, with plans to return to Coquitlam for the summer finals. Coquitlam staff supporting testing and accommodations will be relocated to New Westminster.
  • Counselling: Counselling services will be available in New Westminster and remotely via Zoom. Same-day urgent counselling will also be available.
  • Accessibility Specialists: Accessibility Specialists based in Coquitlam will meet students remotely, via zoom. 

We're dedicated to addressing concerns and finding solutions together. While not ideal, we believe these measures are necessary to support you during this time. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
