A psycho-education and support group for students 18-30 years of age who are currently living in BC and attending Douglas College as a student. This is a 7-week group that runs for 2 hours on a weekly basis and covers the following: mindfulness practice, check-in, educational topic to support coping with anxiety/stress, discussion/activity, check-out. This is a closed group and not available for drop-in.
