This 90-minute workshop is designed to help students gain a deep understanding of stress and learn practical strategies to manage it effectively. Topics covered will include: defining stress and how it differs from a stressor, the body’s physiological response to stress including the fight and flight system. An introduction to the concept of completing the stress cycle will be included. As well as a collaborative discussion to generate practical, student-centred tips for reducing stress.
