Continuing Education Registration can be reached through email at or by Zoom, where we can process your registrations and provide further information on how to make a payment. Payment options are Visa/Mastercard, Interac E-transfer or if necessary Online Bill Payment. 

Instructions for Contacting Us by Zoom:

By telephone:

1. Dial 778.907.2071, meeting ID: 473-100-6605, then press # to bypass the participant code

2. You’ll be placed on hold in the queue until a team member is available. You’ll be transferred to a team member in the order you have joined the queue.

By Zoom on a Web Browser:

  1. On a web browser, navigate to
  2. Click “Cancel” when prompted to open Zoom as an application.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click on the phrase “start from your browser”.
  4. Enter your name to join the meeting. (Depending on your system and browser of choice, you may also be asked to join audio by phone or computer and may be asked to allow Zoom to use your microphone).
  5. You will be placed in the waiting room and you will be served once a team member is available.

Current registrations are accepted through email or Zoom, in order to register please provide the following:

Student Personal Information:

  • Name, (legal names, no nicknames)
  • Address, City, Postal Code
  • Phone numbers, (work, home, cell)
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Email address 

Course Information:

  • Name of course(s)
  • Start date of course(s)
  • Course Registration Number(s) (CRN)
  • Tuition Fee of Course(s) 

*Prenatal Students please also provide your due date and name of person attending course with you.

We are available to answer your emails Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm, except for Wednesdays when we open at 9:30am. We are closed on weekends and Statutory Holidays.

Fee payment

Payment of the course fee must accompany registration. If your cheque is returned to us by your bank for any reason, you will have to replace it with a certified cheque and you will be charged an additional $20.

Refund and Course Cancellation Policy

The refund policy in the link above may not apply to all courses and programs. Check the policy specific to your course or program when registering.

Classes may be cancelled, due to insufficient enrollment, up to 48 hours prior to the start of the class. If this happens you will be notified by email and, and if possible, alternative courses will be offered.
