No one is innocent in Douglas College’s performance of The Real Inspector Hound

Performance dates: Nov. 7–14, 2025
Performance location: Studio Theatre (room N4140), Douglas College, New Westminster Campus

When two theatre critics are thrust from their seats into a murder mystery on stage, identities unravel as they go from spectators to suspects in Tom Stoppard’s The Real Inspector Hound

Directed by Thrasso Petras, this witty, absurdist spoof on the typical Agatha Christie whodunit blurs the line between audience and performers – leaving the audience guessing until the very end.

“The immersive nature of this performance and the intimate setting of our theatre is the perfect combination to pull audiences right into the action,” says Director of Performing and Fine Arts Colleen Maybin.

Join the Departments of Theatre and Stagecraft & Event Technology for the opening night on Nov. 7 at 7:30pm in the New Westminster Campus’s Studio Theatre (room N4140).

The cast of The Real Inspector Hound includes Candi Breland, Rhea Dela Rosa, Melissa Duran, Joss Mackenzie, Carter Newson, Helen Semiona, Taisia Tarbeeva and Evann Yoon.

Tickets are free for students with a valid student ID.
