Academic advising is available through the following services.
Drop-in sessions are about 20 minutes long and offered on a first-come, first-served basis in the Registrar’s Office at both campuses. When you arrive, you’ll be asked to register by completing an advising drop-in form. You can register up to 30 minutes prior to each drop-in period.

Please note: Academic Advisors are not responsible for being familiar with all programs offered by other institutions.
Remember that during peak advising periods (i.e. the Add/Drop period during priority and late registration, after midterms, the end of the semester, etc.), your advisors will be very busy and there may be a delay to email replies or in making an appointment. (Be proactive and meet with your advisors well in advance of registration or other deadlines!)

Email replies may take longer during the first two weeks of classes in a given semester, due to the high volume of emails we receive during this time.
A very limited number of evening appointments are available, if you are unable to attend a drop-in session as outlined above. Appointments are only offered on Tuesday evenings at the Coquitlam Campus and Wednesday evenings at the New Westminster Campus from 5-6 pm based on availability. Please note, spaces are limited.
