Please note: Academic Advisors are not responsible for being familiar with all programs offered by other institutions.
Remember that during peak advising periods (i.e. the Add/Drop period during priority and late registration, after midterms, the end of the semester, etc.), your advisors will be very busy and there may be a delay to email replies or in making an appointment. (Be proactive and meet with your advisors well in advance of registration or other deadlines!)
Contact us at email@example.com. Please include your full name, student number and date of birth along with your specific questions.
Email replies may take longer during the first two weeks of classes in a given semester, due to the high volume of emails we receive during this time.
A very limited number of evening appointments are available, if you are unable to attend a drop-in session as outlined above. Appointments are only offered on Tuesday evenings at the Coquitlam Campus and Wednesday evenings at the New Westminster Campus from 5-6 pm based on availability. Please note, spaces are limited.
To book, contact the Registrar's Office at 604 527 5478 or firstname.lastname@example.org . Please provide your reason for needing an appointment, in detail, along with your student number, date of birth and full legal name.
Effective May 13th (till further notice)
