There are no separate admission requirements for a concentration, but students must be enrolled in a BBA degree program in order to complete a concentration.
Concentration in Financial Services Management:
- This concentration is available for all BBA degree students, except those graduating from the BBA Financial Services program.
- Successful completion of at least 21 credits
- 12 credits upper level coursework required
- Students in this concentration who take the required courses listed in Note 2 will be able to challenge the Level 1 Certified Financial Planning exam.
- The recommended courses listed in Note 3 will help students prepare to pursue the Level 1 Chartered Financial Analyst credential (i.e., no courses are required for this credential, but the list in Note 3 are recommended in preparation for the exam).
- Concentrations are not noted on credentials but will be noted on the transcript.
