Douglas College has two fitness facilities that both students and employees have access to.
The New Westminster Fitness Centre (N1315)
The Chris Johnson Fitness Centre offers great equipment in a welcoming environment for the novice and most experienced fitness users. Equipped with flat screen TV’s, cardio equipment, and a complete range of free weights, kettle bells, and medicine balls, you can be sure we have the right equipment to compliment any type of workout regime.

In order to maintain your health and safety while using the Chris Johnson fitness centre, we have implemented some new protocols.
How do I book my workout session?
Please visit our booking page to reserve your time slot. Maximum time allowed per session is 1 hour. Booking time slots will be available 5 days in advance. Drop-in users will not be permitted.
What can I expect when I arrive for my session?
Please arrive no earlier than 5mins before your booking time to allow for proper social distancing of our users. Please come changed and ready for your session as there will be no access to the change room, showers, lockers, or bag stow. Washrooms will be available with limited use. You will need your Student/Employee ID card as we will require you to scan in. Additionally, bring your own towel and water bottle.
What if I need to cancel my session?
You can manage your bookings via your MS booking account. Any cancelations with less than 24hour notice will be noted on your account. Alternatively you can also call Dylan Kay at 604-527-5005 to cancel your session.
Coquitlam Campus Pinetree Community Centre
