Admissions Requirements

If you're a graduate of a Douglas College Child, Family and Community Studies diploma program, or other approved Canadian diplomas such as Capilano University's Rehab Therapy Assistant, Langara's Social Service Worker, Mount Royal College Social Work, Red River College ECE Humber and Mohawk College OTA/PTA etc., in the third year of your degree, you can receive two years of credit towards this degree and enter at the third-year level.


If you do not have a credential, but have at least two years' work experience in the human services field, you should contact the Faculty of Child, Family and Community Studies to inquire about prior learning assessment and recognition (PLAR).
