Summer 2025 Semester Academic Dates

Withdrawal and refund deadline dates only apply to standard courses of fifteen weeks in duration, starting on the first calendar week of the semester.

Mon, Jun 30 to Sat, Jul 5Mid-semester: students may obtain mid-semester standing from instructors during this week in order to make decisions about dropping courses by the course withdrawal deadline of July 7.

Fri, Jul 18Deadline to apply for part-time/full-time funding for the Summer Semester.

Deadline to pay tuition fees for Fall semester for domestic and returning international students

Full fees must be paid to avoid being de-registered from all courses and removed from all waitlists. This will be the only fee deadline that will result in de-registration for non-payment of fees.

Mon, Aug 18 to Thu, Aug 21The registration system (add/drop) and wait-listing pages are unavailable from August 18 to August 21 due to processing of fee payments.
Fri, Aug 22The registration system will reopen at 9:00 am on Friday, August 22 for ALL students. Waitlist offers will be available at 9:00 am August 22 and will expire if not accepted by 11:59 pm Sunday, August 24.
Fri, Aug 22Deadline to apply for Winter 2026 graduation to receive a Program Completion Letter in September 2025.
Fri, Aug 22Grades due at 9:00 am for classes with a final exam
Mon, Aug 25Deadline for new first-semester international students to submit requests for a refund or a deferral for Fall 2025 semester.
