About
With 25+ years of experience in therapeutic recreation as a professional, manager, and educator, my interest focuses on the role of community-based recreation in promoting healthy aging, and supporting individuals with neurodegenerative disease and their caregivers. I have also worked in neurorehabilitation and mental health, always with an emphasis on relationship centered practice and empowerment. I am currently exploring the application of TR in non-traditional settings and populations.
