Experience 

Extensive research and practical experience, including facilitation of restorative justice and conflict resolution programs in the community and prison environments, correctional practice and policy, prisoner rehabilitation and reintegration, community crime prevention, and organizational training around restorative justice and trauma-informed practices. Past research ethics board member (VIU) and qualitative researcher, including in-depth interviews involving sensitive topics and vulnerable populations.
