Sun, Jan 11Last day to drop a course and receive 100% refund.

Mon, Jan 19Fee payment deadline for courses added between Dec 12 and Jan 18. Students paying after this date will incur late payment penalties of $25 per registered course. Students will NOT be deregistered from courses after this deadline.

Mon, Mar 9 to Sat, Mar 14Mid-semester: students may obtain mid-semester standing from instructors during this week in order to make decisions about dropping courses by the course withdrawal deadline of March 16.

Mon, Mar 16Deadline to apply for full-time, part-time funding and Adult Upgrading Grant funding for the Winter Semester.
Fri, Mar 20Outstanding fees for the Winter 2026 semester must be paid in full to avoid an additional late payment penalty of $100.

Full fees must be paid to avoid being de-registered from all courses and removed from all waitlists. This will be the only fee deadline that will result in de-registration for non-payment of fees.
Mon, Apr 20 to Thur, Apr 23The registration system (add/drop) and wait-listing pages are unavailable from Monday, April 20 to Thursday, April 23 due to processing of fee payments, and will reopen at 9:00 am on Friday, April 24 for ALL students.
Thu, Apr 16 to Fri, Apr 24Examination period.
Fri, Apr 24The registration system will reopen at 9:00 am on Friday, April 24 for ALL students. Waitlist offers will be available at 9:00 am April 24 and will expire if not accepted by 11:59 pm Sunday, April 26.
Sat, Apr 25The final deadline for new international students to withdraw from the Summer 2026 semester and receive a partial refund or defer admission to the next available semester. Please refer to the International Student Deposit Refund and Deferral Policy for more details
