Make a bill payment to pay your Douglas College tuition fees online, in-person or by phone at your financial institution by adding Douglas College as a bill payee. Your account number is your Douglas College student number.
Pay at any HSBC Branch
Pay in person at any HSBC Bank of Canada to Douglas College Account 10040-341844-020. Please provide HSBC with your Douglas College student number.
Make a bill payment using online banking
If you have registered for web banking privileges with your bank, you may use this option to pay your fees. Douglas College has electronic banking privileges with the following banks:

If you bank with a credit union and don’t see it listed above, please contact your institution to see if Douglas College is available for bill payments. If your bank is not listed, please use an alternate method of payment.
In order to ensure that the payment you have made is received and applied to your student account before fee payment deadline day, then the cutoff date is the Tuesday prior to the fee payment deadline day (see example below). We can only post the payment to your student account after we have RECEIVED the money. From the time you make the payment and the money leaves your bank account, it can take as long as 3 to 4 BUSINESS DAYS before we receive it. In order to avoid frustration and concern, simply use the bill payment option well in advance of the fee payment deadline!
Example: If the Fee Payment deadline day is 4pm Tuesday, April 18, then the 'cutoff day' to make your bill payment would be Monday, April 10th.
