Paying fees via myAccount using Interac Online

Douglas College accepts payment using Interac Online. This option is only available if you bank with: 

  • BMO Bank of Montreal
  • RBC Royal Bank
  • TD Canada Trust
  • Envision Financial
  • Scotiabank

We do not accept Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit products for online payment purposes. Scotiabank and TD Canada Trust have recently switched from INTERAC Online to Visa Debit therefore, only the old bank cards without the Visa Debit logo can be used.

How to Pay

  • Log in to your myAccount
  • Under Main Menu, select Registration, and then select Pay Tuition Fees
  • Follow the prompts to take you through the Interac Online payment process
  • Your payment will automatically be applied to your Douglas College account

Once your payment has gone through

  • An email confirmation will be sent to your email address that you provide to the College
  • You can confirm payment is applied to your account by viewing your Account Summary by Term by logging in to your myAccount
  • If the payment was not debited from your bank account this means the transaction did not go through
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the transaction has been completed
