Paying your fees

There are several options for paying your tuition fees at Douglas College. See the right side of this page for instructions. 

Please note that Douglas College does not accept the following forms of payment: 

  • credit cards for domestic tuition payments
  • Visa or MasterCard debit products for online payments 
  • email money transfers 
  • traveller's cheques 


Douglas College does not send out invoices (bills) indicating how much and when tuition is due. To check for an accurate balance owing, log in to myAccount and choose Registration, View Tuition fees. 

If you have made a payment to Douglas College within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of our fee payment deadline using the “Bill Payment” feature, and the amount is not showing on myAccount under account summary, please follow these steps:

  1. Obtain a copy of your proof of payment from either a bank statement, bank receipt, or a screen shot of your online bank account. Douglas College must be clearly identified as the Bill Payee.
  2. Email the proof of payment to cashiers@douglascollege.ca
  3. In the subject line of your e-mail you must put your 9-digit Douglas College student ID number.
  • Example of e-mail subject line: 300012345 John Smith.
  • Include your phone number in the e-mail where you can be easily reached.

This information must be received by 11:45pm on Fee Payment Deadline days to constitute acceptance of payment and avoid being deregistered from all courses and removed from all waitlists.


International student payment options 

Please pay all fees to Douglas College in Canadian funds. We accept the following: 

  • Canadian dollar cheque (from a Canadian bank) 
  • International bank draft or money order 
  • Credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) via your myAccount
  • Bank debit card (in-person payment only)
