Fee payment deadlines

Domestic student fee payment deadlines - Fall semester

Aug 21, 2017

Full fees must be paid to avoid being de-registered from all courses and removed from all waitlists. This will be the only fee deadline that will result in de-registration for non-payment of fees. You must ensure that you drop courses that you do not intend to keep prior to the fee payment deadline or you will be responsible to pay outstanding fees for these courses in order to avoid de-registration.

 

Please note: You will not be able to add or drop any courses on August 21, 22, 23, 24, 2017.


The registration system reopens at 9am on August 25, 2017 for students to continue to add and drop courses.

Sept 18, 2017

Payments must be received by no later than 4pm on September 18, 2017.  If you have outstanding fees you will not be deregistered from all or some of your courses. If you have outstanding fees after this time you will be charged a penalty of $25 per registered course and will have a registration activity hold placed on your account. 

 

Please note: Payments made via on-line banking or Interac may take several days to be received. On September 18, 2017 (prior to 4pm), students may pay by cash, cheque or Interac in-person at the Cashier's Office at the New Westminster campus or the Registrar's Office at the Coquitlam campus.

 

Pay by October 20, 2017 to avoid an additional late payment penalty of $100. If you still haven't paid by November 17, 2017 there will be a second late payment penalty of $100.
