If you are an Aboriginal student who wants to attend Douglas College full- or part-time, you may be eligible for the following awards, administered through the Douglas College Financial Aid Office:

Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation Bursary

Carillion Aboriginal Bursary
The Vanbots Construction Aboriginal Bursary was originally created in 2006 by Vanbots Construction. Its purpose was to provide bursaries to Aboriginal students attending Douglas College and recognize the long connection Vanbots Construction had with Douglas College, including the construction of Coquitlam's David Lam Campus. Vanbots was acquired by Carillion in 2008. Carillion is a global company committed to making a difference in the communities in which it works, with a core set of values that supports sustainability and responsible, award-winning development.

HSBC Aboriginal Bursary
Established in 2002 by HSBC Bank Canada to assist Aboriginal students attending Douglas College.

You may also qualify for financial support from the Post-Secondary Student Support Program through Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada.
