To receive services you must be a registered student of Douglas College. If you are not a registered student of Douglas College, we ask that you follow the instructions at Steps to Request Services. We also require appropriate documentation (not older than five years) of your disability from a qualified professional.
Students seeking assistance from the Centre for Students with Disabilities must complete and sign a Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy disclosure agreement (Application for Services & FIPPA Agreement) prior to the provision of services. The Centre for Students with Disabilities will disclose information only to the extent necessary to ensure the provision of services.
To request interpreters and/or alternate format textbooks you must also meet the above requirements.
