----NEW FOR Winter 2022---

The goal for this challenge is targeted to be participation badges to help staff and students to find ways to stay physical active through some of our recreation programming. These badges are not awarded based on performance level. All skill level is encouraged. Depending on PHO restrictions, there might be some recreational activities on campus. Details will be released during each weekly update.

Sign up and represent your department to earn virtual badges and flex your fitness prowess among your colleagues. Simply enter your department in the registration form and we will track your progress towards the virtual badges below. You can track your departments progress via our weekly updates on DC Connect.

To even out the playing field, cyclists tend to cover more kilometers than most activities. We are implementing a 1 to 3 run-to-bike ratio, meaning one kilometer of running at a moderate effort equals three kilometers of cycling at that same effort level. Our recreation team will make the adjustment at the end of each week.
