  • Prioritizing Mindfulness & Self-Care Workshop:
    • Participate in this one-hour virtual workshop to learn about mindfulness techniques, self-care, and managing academic burnout and stress as the season changes with less daylight hours. This workshop is open to all Douglas students, free of cost. 
    • Date(s): Tuesday, November 17th, 12pm - 1pm OR Wednesday, November 18th, 4pm - 5pm*
