T2202A Tax Form Instructions

T2202A tax forms are official Douglas College documents available to students who have paid for credits in past calendar years. These are generally available at the end of February for the previous year.

Past years tax information will always be available to you, so you can print a form for every year you have attended in the past. These documents are available online through a student’s secure registration area.

To print a T2202A tax form online:

  1. Login to MyAccount.  Continuing Education students login here.
  2. Select “Student Records”
  3. Select ”View & Print T2202A Information”
  4. Select a year and “Printable T2202A Form” (select “View Data” for viewing purposes only)
  5. Click “Submit”
  6. Click “Continue”
  7. On the window toolbar select “file” and then “print”

Note: The U-Pass BC fees are not included in the T2202A.  If you require a receipt, follow steps 1 and 2 above and then go to "Account Summary by Term". Simply print the applicable term(s) that you were charged for the U-Pass BC and this is your receipt.
