Students Helping Students

Students Helping Students is a mobile service that offers on-campus technology support to Douglas College students throughout the year (except for the summer). This support is provided by co-op students on a one-on-one basis. They respond to requests for help with ID cards, logins, computer functionality, printing, wireless and connectivity.

The CEIT Student Support Assistants are available by phone, text message, email or in person. They are constantly moving around, mainly in the libraries and labs. You'll recognize them by their red vests.

New Westminster campus

The Student Support Assistant can respond to student requests in the computer labs on the 5th and 6th floors, library, concourse and the collaborative stations located on the 3rd and 4th floors, between the North and South buildings.
