Telephone calls during the above hours:
When you call us, you will be able to speak “live” with one of our technical support staff. Occasionally, your call may be in a queue for up to a few minutes for the next available technician. If you are unable to wait for a live technician, please consider leaving a message on the voicemail when that option is presented to you.
Messages are checked regularly throughout the day during the above hours. When leaving your message, be sure to clearly state your full name, location, contact information and a brief description of the problem that you are reporting. If possible, please include the Douglas College B number that is affixed to the equipment. (All equipment at the college is tagged with a Douglas College B number for identification purposes).
Evening and Saturday calls:
If you are teaching in the evening or on Saturday and require a technician to respond to a problem in your classroom, please leave a detailed message on the voicemail. Our evening/Saturday technician checks the voicemail regularly and responds to classroom-related calls.
