The Douglas app is a mobile app you can use to access grades, course timetable, College news, contact information and more on your smartphone or tablet.
The Douglas app is a quick and user-friendly way for students to access academic information such as grades, timetables, exam schedules and more, College news and information, plus receive important announcements and information through notifications. The app is an on-the-go alternative to accessing information through myAccount.
Note: You cannot access the secure options (i.e., My Grades, My Schedule, My Notifications) if you are signed in to both myAccount and the Douglas app at the same time. You will receive an error message. You must sign out of one in order to access the other.
Download for free from the Google Play Store for Android devices and the App Store for Apple devices.*
Please note that the app may undergo frequent updates to include new functionality and changes.
*Blackberry and Windows mobile devices and tablets are currently not supported.
The app is available to past, present and future students of Douglas College, as well as the general public.
Students with an active myAccount can access features, such as grades and timetable, by signing in to the app using the same username and pin as for myAccount.
Future students not yet enrolled in a Douglas College program, as well as the general public, can access general information such as College news.
Yes, for students who choose to “stay signed in,” connection with Banner will expire after 90 minutes of inactivity. Banner sessions will automatically reconnect when you open the app again.
For users who choose to not “stay signed in,” they will timeout of the app after 30 minutes.
From the menu, select My Schedule, then enter the same username and pin you use to login to myAccount.
Once you’re signed in, you will be able to view your schedule by day.
If you select Full Schedule, you will see your classes for that semester. If you select one of your classes, you will see course details, including class meeting days and times, and instructor(s).
Previous schedules may be viewed by selecting the appropriate semester from the dropdown menu on the same screen.
From the menu, select My Grades, then enter the same username and pin you use to login to myAccount. A list of final grades is separated by semester.
Note: Grades are only released if there are no holds on your account. If there are holds on your account, contact the Registrar’s Office: 604 527 5478 or email@example.com.
