Exercise 101 Workshop | Tuesday, January 7 | 5:30pm - 7pm | NWC Movement Studio
Begin your New Year with a plan to stay active! Join two of our Bachelor of Physical Education and Coaching students for an introduction to exercise/fitness. This session will include the benefits of including physical activity into your lifestyle, how to incorporate it, ways to stay motivated and how to perform many common exercises correctly. It will be a fairly hands-on session in the Movement Studio so it is encouraged that you bring comfortable/exercise clothing and proper footwear so you can participate in all the activities. No experience is required. Sign-up will be at the door.
