Konkuk University is a private university located in Seoul and Chungju. The Seoul campus is located in the southeastern part of Seoul, near the Han River and includes fifteen colleges, sixty-four departments, and eleven professional graduate schools. The Chungju campus includes five colleges, thirty-six departments. A total of 25,700 students are enrolled at these two campuses.
Konkuk emphasizes engineering and sciences majors and researches. The university also offers courses in liberal arts, business, commerce, arts and design programs. Konkuk University will accept one student for two semesters or 2 students for one semester each year. Konkuk has two semesters, Spring semester (March - June) and Fall semester (August - December). To exchange, students apply to Douglas College International Office approximately six months before the intended study semester.
