Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations

Sweepstakes period

The sweepstakes begins at 12am (midnight), March 14, 2016, and ends at 11:59pm, April 30, 2016.

Eligibility

  1. The sweepstakes is open to middle and secondary-school physical education teachers currently employed by any of the following Greater Vancouver districts: Abbotsford, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge, Mission, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, Vancouver and West Vancouver.
  2. The sweepstakes is not open to employees (specifically, staff, faculty and administrators) of Douglas College.
  3. One entry per person. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt, and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning online entry, the “Authorized Account Holder” of the account used to participate in the draw at the actual time of entry, will be deemed to be the entrant. Proof to Promoter’s satisfaction of being the authorized account subscriber may be required by Promoter in order to verify eligibility.
  4. The selected winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical, electronic or other assistance.

Entries

You must complete and submit the entry form in order to enter. Only electronic entries will be accepted.

Prizes

  1. There will be one (1) prize awarded consisting of one (1) 90-minute professional development session for up to 12 physical education (or general staff) members from your school hosted by Vancouver Circus School and 12 dry-fit shirts (3 small, 6 medium, 3 large). The prize will be awarded based on a random draw that will take place after midnight (12am) on Sunday, May 1, 2016. The winner is not entitled to the monetary value of the session.
  2. The winner will be notified by email and their name and school will be posted on the Graduate Diploma in Physical Education Facebook page and shared through associated social media channels as deemed appropriate by Douglas College and Vancouver Circus School.
