Kimberly's marketing career spans advertising, design, corporate marketing, education, and social media. Before joining Douglas College as a full time faculty member in 2016, Kimberly worked in the technology sector (Hootsuite), specializing in social media, digital marketing, and education; in financial and corporate marketing (Credit Unions of BC, Central 1 Credit Union) managing large regional campaigns with both traditional and digital marketing tactics; advertising (Cossette) working with brands such as Walmart, Ivanhoe Cambridge, and Arts Umbrella. She also has ten years of experience as a freelance graphic designer, working with clients like the Government of BC, Agents of Change, and Electronic Arts.
Kimberly is also active in the industry, involved in organizations like Young Women in Business (Board member, Mentor) and Vancouver Women in Technology (committee member). Previous to teaching full time at Douglas College, Kimberly taught for two years at Douglas College as a contract instructor for the Marketing faculty.
