Break into the booming hospitality industry as an assistant hotel manager, front desk manager, ski resort manager, tour guide supervisor, airline sales and service agent, event planner and more with a Hospitality Services Management Post-Baccalaureate Diploma. This two-year advanced credential will prepare you for leadership roles at home and abroad in the hospitality and service sectors.
In this program, you’ll get to put your skills to work with course projects in the business community and management simulation exercises closely mirroring real-world situations. You’ll gain practical marketing and management skills while focusing on sustainability, event management, revenue management and strategic planning.
