The Major Field Test (MFT) is a ETS developed and administered post-secondary test that covers the following business subject areas:
It is administered to undergraduate students in their fourth year of studies, as an objective measures of student achievement. Douglas College has participated in this test each term since 2013. A major advantage of participating in this test is the ability to compare Douglas College students’ results to those of students from ten comparable Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ABCSP) accredited institutions, and to all students who wrote the MFT during the same period.
As displayed in the chart below, the mean scores of Douglas College students compares favourably to these institutions in the past four of five test periods.
