College’s scheduled network upgrades on Sept 30 8am – 9am

The College will be performing scheduled network upgrades on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 8am to 9am. During this time, there will be a network outage and users will have no access to the following applications and services:

  1. Online Internet at New Westminster & Coquitlam campuses
  2. Blackboard
  3. Douglas College websites
  4. VPN
  5. Wi-Fi
  6. myAccount
  7. Citrix
  8. Library Resources (Open Athens)
  9. Orbis
  10. Adobe
  11. PeopleAdmin
  12. Terra Dotta (TravelAdmin, MyGlobal, Partnerships)
  13. Qualtrics
  14. OnTheHub (Texidium)
  15. Translink U Pass
  16. LinkedIn Learning
  17. Employee Self Service
  18. Cayuse
  19. Salesforce (Upcoming)
