At this information session, you will learn about the upcoming Mindfulness for Anxiety series! 

Mindfulness for Anxiety is a seven-week wellness group that runs for two hours weekly, aimed at students aged 18–30. You will discover helpful techniques to cope with stress and anxiety, connect with fellow students and practice mindfulness in a safe and welcoming environment.
