Join Dr. Andrew Feldmar for a philosophy lecture on Friday, June 15 at 7pm.
Dr. Andrew Feldmar is a practising psychotherapist who studied and worked with the controversial psychiatrist, R. D. Laing. In addition to numerous presentations about the work of Laing, he has written and lectured extensively about psychotherapeutic theory and practice, including the ideas of Freud, Jung, Rank, Adler and Winnicott, and is the author of several books and essays, such as Love, Sex and Desire, The Embryology of Consciousness and Entheogens and Psychotherapy. Feldmar has worked extensively overseas, mainly in Hungary, where he has published more than a dozen books, including Conversations with Andrew Feldmar.
The event is free and open to everyone. A reception will follow.
