On January 31, Douglas College will be participating in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association's "Make Some Noise for Mental Health" movement. The movement was originally started by Southern Alberta Institute of Technology of the Alberta Colleges Athletics Conference to bring awareness to mental health and break the stigma surrounding it. It has since been picked up by the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association and institutions around the country.
