Welcome to VOICE (Vocational Opportunities, Inclusion, and Career Empowerment), a transformative program dedicated to supporting BIPOC individuals with disabilities on their path to meaningful employment or self-employment. Our mission is to enhance economic participation and foster independence for BIPOC persons with disabilities while promoting inclusive work environments that embrace diversity and accessibility. Through comprehensive hands-on support and training, we strive to bridge the gap between employers, BIPOC employees with disabilities, and their support networks.

Our dedicated team is here to assist you throughout your entire job-seeking journey. From preparing for the job hunt to securing and maintaining a job, we provide the necessary tools and instill the confidence you need to thrive in the workforce.

Client Eligibility:

• Aged 17+ 
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Unemployed or underemployed
• Currently living in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley
• Identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour)
• Have a self-disclosed or diagnosed disability or chronic health condition
• Are not eligible for Employment Insurance programs and services
• Need help to prepare for, obtain and keep employment or self-employment
